Need help keeping my supply up. Severe lack of breast milk

I am in a transition of having to pump instead of breastfeed. I’m having so much pain and engorgement despite pumping for nearly 10hours a day for extended overnights with his father. I need to speak to a lactation consultant who can give me advice on how to transition, or a letter of recommendation to extend overnight visits until we are no longer breastfeeding.

Hi- I’m looking for support with breastfeeding my 5-day-old newborn. I’m trying to exclusively breastfeed, but he’s having significant difficulty at the breast. He frequently gulps air, becomes fussy and gassy during feeds, and sometimes cries with each feeding. I’m concerned he may not be transferring enough milk, and I’m unsure if my latch or his coordination is contributing. I’m also taking Zoloft (50mg during pregnancy and postpartum) and want to ensure that’s not affecting his feeding or my supply. Would like to give birth in a hospital or like setting, not at home. I want a low intervention birth and avoid an induction. With my 1st I felt like I didn’t have the energy or the words to express my needs effectively. I would like to breast feed more effectively this time as well. With my 1st I exclusively pumped for a few reasons but would really like to avoid the excessive pumping especially in the 1st 3 months but hopefully longer.
