Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Basic Doula Package

Prenatal consultations to discuss birth preferences and create a birth plan
On-call support starting at 37 weeks gestation
Continuous labor support at home and/or hospital/birth center
Postpartum follow-up visit to provide assistance and support

Deluxe Doula Package

-All services included in the Basic Doula Package -Additional prenatal visits or childbirth education classes -Extended postpartum support, including breastfeeding assistance and newborn care guidance

$1,050 USD · Flat rate

Virtual Doula Package

Virtual prenatal consultations and support
On-call virtual support during labor
Postpartum virtual visits and support

What to expect

As a doula, I offer a range of services to support you during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. These services may include: Prenatal education and support: I will provide you with evidence-based information on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care to help you make informed decisions and prepare for the birth experience. Birth planning: Together, we will create a birth plan that reflects your preferences and values, ensuring that your voice is heard and respected during labor and delivery. Emotional support: I will offer continuous emotional support, encouragement, and reassurance throughout your labor to help you feel calm, confident, and empowered. Physical support: I will provide comfort measures, such as massage, positioning, and breathing techniques, to help you manage pain and promote a smoother labor experience. Advocacy: I will be your advocate, ensuring that your needs and wishes are communicated to healthcare providers and supporting you in making informed decisions about your care. Postpartum support: I will continue to provide support in the postpartum period, assisting with breastfeeding, newborn care, emotional adjustment, and connecting you with additional resources and support as needed. Overall, my goal is to create a positive and empowering birth experience for you and your partner, helping you feel supported and confident as you welcome your new baby into the world.
