I am a DONA certified Birth Doula, as well as a placenta specialist. Before becoming a doula, I received a degree in Culinary Arts and have worked in restaurants and bakeries as a chef. I am continually working toward gaining more knowledge and experience to better help my clients. After having my own daughter and learning so much from my experience, I decided to join the birth world so I can help and support others on their journeys to parenthood. I am able to support clients in whichever space they choose for their birth, whether it is a hospital, birth center or their own home. I am dedicated to my clients, supporting and doing whatever I can to make them feel comfortable and in control of their labor experience.

I am a Birth Doula and Placenta Specialist. I offer support during pregnancy, helping to get the body and mind ready for labor. As well, I am full in person support during labor and shortly after to help the client feel comfortable and at ease with their new baby. I also can encapsulate their placenta for hormone and mineral replacement postpartum.
