As a certified birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. My services include personalized prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, comfort techniques, and evidence-based education to help you feel prepared and empowered. During labor, I offer hands-on support, including positioning assistance, breathing techniques, and reassurance to create a calm and confident birthing experience. Whether you choose a hospital, birth center, or home birth, I advocate for your choices and help you navigate your options with confidence. My postpartum support focuses on helping families adjust smoothly to life with a newborn. I provide guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding support, and emotional well-being during the postpartum transition. Whether you need assistance with feeding, sleep routines, or simply someone to listen and offer encouragement, I am here to support you. My goal is to ensure that you feel nurtured, informed, and confident as you step into this new chapter of parenthood.
Brienne was such a help in my labor and birth process. I was in a tough place and she was able to keep me level headed and calm. I was able to get through and have the birth I was hoping for.

Brienne was pivotal in my success immediately postpartum with breastfeeding my daughter and getting her out of the NICU sooner. She sat with me and gave me all of the tips and hands on help to get my premature baby to latch. She also gave me great words of encouragement through it all and advice on all things baby! Baby came much sooner than expected so she wasn't able to make it for the birth, but I know if she had she would have been a huge asset in the delivery room as well.
