- 3 two-hour Prenatal Visits to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another, and provide you with useful tools for labor and birth. - Birth Plan / Goals assistance to help you clarify your preferences for birth and postpartum, and explain the options that are available to you. - Access to Client Portal full of resources, plus my lending library of books, articles, and resources about pregnancy, birth and baby care, to support your learning. - Referrals to various supplemental antenatal care & assistance, such as Childbirth Classes, Body Work, Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, Lactation Support, etc. - Exclusive client discounts for various products, local support groups & CBE courses, as well as with some supplemental care providers. - Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support for you and you partner for the duration of labor and birth, to help you hold and move towards the vision you created for your baby’s birth (on call from 38 weeks to birth). - Initial breastfeeding support immediately after birth to help your baby latch properly and encourage establishment of breastfeeding. - Assistance selecting a Baby carrier. - One Postpartum follow-up visit to celebrate the birth of your baby and answer any questions you have during the early postpartum period (additional visits can be arranged as needed). - 15% discount on placenta encapsulation (traditional or raw methods). - Additional Postpartum Visits may be arranged at a discounted rate - services include light housework (tidying, vacuuming, etc.), meals, grocery shopping, newborn care (bath, nail trimming, diapering, etc.), vaginal steaming, mama-baby herbal bath, promoting maternal care, and more. (No overnights at this time). - Unlimited phone, text and email support to answer your questions and offer suggestions and support throughout your pregnancy and early labor.
