I was once a sleepy parent, which is why I’m now so passionate about helping families achieve the healthy sleep they need. I love working closely with families, formulating a plan unique to to their child(ren), respecting their parenting style, and supporting them throughout the process!

We pride ourselves on working closely with each family we work with. Each child is unique, therefore there is not a "one size fits all" sleep plan. Our plans are personalized based on goals, parenting style/values, and sleep needs. After filling out an intake form, we have an hour consultation to discuss safe sleep, sleep environment, sleep schedule, and sleep training method. We work with all sort of methods, and honestly, the sleep training method is the least part of sleep training. The major focus is on offering a sleep environment and sleep schedule that promote sleep naturally.
Sleep is an essential part of human life, and this is particularly true for babies. Studies show that babies who sleep well have better cognitive development, are healthier, and are happier. However, not all babies find it easy to sleep; some find it difficult to fall asleep, while others wake up frequently at night; then there’s my first baby with COLIC. Enter Bridget Bowling!! Bridget is an expert who helps parents teach their babies healthy sleep habits. She came to the rescue and implemented a program that folded best practices into my own needs for sleep for both my baby and myself. Colic was real, scary, and lonely, Bridget did not try to sell me a magic potion, but she knew when it was time to sleep train: it was life-changing. Her method worked so well that we were ahead of the game for baby 2! Before sleep training there was no plan for baby #2.
