I am an experienced birth and postpartum doula and first year care specialist of two and a half years. I've been in maternal and pediatric work for over ten years, and love what I do. My background includes being involved in maternal care and pediatric research, child and adult counseling, and supporting families throughout these new transitions and new additions. I am located within the Boston, MA area, and I do travel to support families outside of the state, including Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. My intention behind this work is lending a helping hand, a listening ear, and grounded presence throughout this beautiful transition within your family before, during, and after birth. I am a birth and postpartum doula. My typical labor support model covers 2 prenatal visits, support during birth, and 2 postpartum visits. As well as phone and texting support throughout pregnancy and postpartum. In addition, I offer postpartum doula services during baby’s first year. Doulas are beneficial during postpartum throughout recovery. Wherever support is needed, I go. This could look like supporting mom during postpartum and around the house, so you can have more time bonding with your newest addition. I also help out and honor baby's schedule, helping with feeding, napping, changing, play time, singing, teaching baby sign language, and having fun! "Just a quick note about Brandi.
