Hi! Parents in El Cerrito, CA (near Berkeley) seeking night nanny support for 2-3 days each week. Hours would be for 8 hours between 9pm - 8am (either 9-5 or 12-8). Rate is $20-30 / hr depending on experience, and mainly need help with feeding, changing diapers, swaddling, sleep training, and watching over baby while mom gets rest and time to recovery.

Looking for a doula that is trauma informed. I have PTSD and this is my first time giving birth. We are planning on going to the Alta Bates Campus Birth Center in Berkeley and have a midwife through the Millie Clinic. Our budget is flexible. We don’t have a birth plan yet. Mostly I want to find someone who won’t be freaked out if I dissociate and who knows how to work with people with complicated trauma histories.

I am low income, unemployed. My husband is a military veteran and currently a full time college student. I have Medi-cal insurance. I am unsure of birthing center currently. We are comfortable spending $200 or less a month for care. This is my first pregnancy and I also have a Chronic Disease (MALS) and I have had bad experiences with hospitals, so I am unsure where to begin looking in regards to birth centers/hospitals.

I would like to work with a doula in the prenatal stage, to have as part of my care team during labor and delivery, and postpartum. I plan to give birth in a hospital. The right fit will need to have a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Tax Identification Number (TIN) as my insurance will be providing coverage. I don't have a solid birth plan at this time, I would like to work with my doula and care team to create the right birth plan for me.
