I also enjoy yoga, herbalism, vegan food, and wholistic health. I’m not new to care taking, I Have 10 Nieces and Nephews and I’ll always say my younger sister was my first baby. However, it was through my first born that I was reborn myself. While pregnant, I gained a passion for birthwork and gardening. I began to understand the importance of getting connected with earth’s essence and supporting each seed towards their fullest potential. I am Rhonesha Isreal, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I provide lactation services prenatally and postpartum via home visits and virtual appointments. After breastfeeding for 13 months, I recognized the importance of moms and other chest-feeding individuals receiving support throughout their journey. My goal is to support families from the time they are pregnant until they decide to wean their baby (voluntarily or involuntarily). I want moms to feel more confident and secure after working with me. I also want families to know, breastfeeding is not “all or nothing” and being comfortable and confident in their breastfeeding journey will change their daily outlook while they are nursing or expressing milk.
