I would like someone who offers evidence-based information, emotional support, physical comfort measures during labor, and guidance for both me and my partner. I’m open to giving birth wherever it’s possible, preferably hospital because it’s safer but I’m open to home birth too, if I get enough of education and coaching. I am also going to be alone for this, my husband works nights, my family doesn’t live around, my mom can come to be with me few times a year for a bit. I’d pay using anthem ppo. Want to reduce the cesarean and I’m open to pain meds, as I have low pain tolerance. I get anxious and tend to be panicky.
