I am looking for a midwife that could assist me with birth

I hopefully will find a birthing center. Just exploring, first time mom

I plan to give birth at home during a water birth in my living room. Estimated budget I am unsure of and whether it can be covered through my insurance. Birth plan in not 100% though out yet just want to look at my options.
