I am not educated at all how expensive Doula services are so I do not have an estimate to provide since this is very new for me. 3. I plan on giving birth at Kaiser Permanente in Baldwin park. This is my second child. I had a horrible experience my last labor and delivery. I was given an epidural twice and it did not work it only caused me to have sciatica. I’d like to give birth this time with no epidural and keep my body moving until it is time to start pushing. I’m not sure on my budget

Looking for a birth doula to guide me through pregnancy, as I am due in 2 months. I will give birth in a hospital. I don't currently have a birth plan as I still feel like I have a lot to learn and navigate, doing this all my first time.
