I’m Autumn! (they/them) I am a dedicated full spectrum doula based in Mesa, Arizona, specializing in compassionate, inclusive care for families of all shapes and sizes! With nearly a decade of experience in childcare and a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I bring a unique blend of medical field experience and nurturing care to my doula services. Passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, my mission is to create safe, affirming spaces for all birthing people, with a focus on holistic, individualized care.

I provide full spectrum doula services, meaning I’m with you starting during pregnancy all the way up to your baby’s second month earth side. I also offer just labor support or just postpartum support.
