About me
Hello! I’m Autumn Kuenzi, a Certified Postpartum Doula based in Oregon. I’m passionate about supporting families through the postpartum experience, whether it’s offering mental health guidance, sharing infant care tips, or providing help with anything else in between. My goal is to give you reliable resources and well-researched information to make the journey feel less overwhelming. I’m dedicated to empowering moms and helping them feel confident and successful in this important phase of life. When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors. Nature is a huge priority in my life, and I love sharing adventures with my two kids. Whether it’s hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, or paddleboarding—we try it all! Building meaningful friendships and creating a sense of community is also important to me. I believe that living your best life requires the love and support of many.

Service introduction
I offer multiple packages, ranging from: 6 hours- 24 hours. $240-$880. One time relief support of 3 hours for $120 Virtual support, which is 4 weeks for $120. I want my services to be accessible to as many families as possible. Please let me know if cost is of concern. I accept OHP, but otherwise private pay only.
