Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Aubrey - a mom of two wild boys, a lover of 80s dance workouts, and a DONA trained birth doula. I am passionate about helping mothers feel positive and in control of their birth experience.

Service introduction
I offer emotional, physical, and educational support throughout pregnancy, during labor and delivery, and for two weeks postpartum. To accomplish this, I provide childbirth education, numerous birth resources, and hypnobirth coaching. During labor, I utilize visualization, massage, lighting, music, cold/heat therapy, and positive affirmations to create the most peaceful birth experience possible. And her presence is so warm I felt completely comfortable with her there.
