Hello! It is an honor to support you in your unique journey of parenthood. I am a mother of 6 and have been serving in the maternal health field for over 30 years. This is such a special time for families and my desire is to reduce stress and increase knowledge so that parents can flow confidently through this sacred life transition.

Virtual Birth Doula - Preparation and On-Call Support

We will meet several times before your birth to go over what is important to you and what is shaping your journey in every phase. I will be available for you via phone, text and Zoom throughout your pregnancy and then on-call during your labor, to answer questions, help you understand what to expect as well as sharing evidence based information so that you can know your options and make choices with confidence.

Childbirth Education Classes - Virtual, Private

We will have 4 private, virtual sessions, that work with your busy schedule. Covering the basics, but also personalized to your needs and questions, according to what phase of pregnancy you're in as well as anything that might come up along the way for you. These sessions are typically 2 hours each, to allow for plenty of discussion and growth.

Parent and Relationship Coaching - Virtual

This service is provided as a 1-on-1 with you, or together with your spouse. We will discuss inter-relational dynamics and how a growing family can impact everyone in the home. We can start with one or both of you, and then adapt to your needs. This is priced per session, and in our first session, we will set some goals as well as a schedule for future work together. Sessions typically last 90 mins to give plenty of time for sharing and discussion.

What to expect

No pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey is the same because every human born is unique. I provide a lot of support services that can be utilized in addition to Birth Prep, Breastfeeding, and Newborn Care. Reach out and I will be happy to set up a consultation so we can develop goals and personalized care that meets them.

Anne was my doula for both of my kids and I credit her to a smooth pregnancy and delivery. Anne was available for all my questions, including when I got Covid while pregnant, and offered my guidance and even a recommendation that totally “cured” my symptoms (!). She also guided my husband and I in education on pregnancy, birth and parenting, provided helpful resources and advocated for us. Both my children were “sunny side up” during labor which made delivery challenging. I swear that if it wasn’t for her, I’d have had to have a c-section which I was hoping wouldn’t happen. Considering how difficult it was to push my kids out, if Anne wasn’t there to offer positioning tips, relaxation tips, or breathing tips, I really don’t believe I would have been able to push my babies out. I am so grateful to have met Anne and had her part of these incredible milestones!
