About me

I'm a mom of three and NWA doula who is passionate about supporting women on their birth journey. I work with mom prenatally, during labor and in the postpartum period. I believe your birth experience matters and getting prepared during pregnancy will make you feel more confident during birth and in the postpartum period. I offer a variety of affordable services including affordable, all inclusive birth doula services, postpartum doula services, and a comprehensive childbirth class that will make you feel very prepared for labor. For those who aren't sure about doula services or just want some help understanding their options, I offer a low-price birth or postpartum planning session and finally for any mom who is planning on breastfeeding, I offer a FREE monthly prenatal breastfeeding class which will prepare you very well for your early breastfeeding journey.

Service introduction

I am a NWA childbirth educator, doula, and postpartum doula who is passionate about helping moms on their birth journey. I offer a variety of affordable services for families no matter where they are on their birth journey. My birth doula services include birth & postpartum planning along with customized childbirth education & breastfeeding education. For those not ready to commit to full-doula care, I offer private birth & postpartum planning sessions. For new moms or moms to be that want a different birth experience, I offer comprehensive childbirth classes as well.

Packages

1 Week Postpartum Support

This includes meeting prenatally at your home to come up with a detailed postpartum plan. We will talk about a variety of topics including infant feeding, sleep, mom's healing and more. We will also discuss how I can support you best. (3) 4 hour visits are included along with unlimited text support during that week. I also include scheduled phone calls and virtual visits as needed.

4-Part Comprehensive Childbirth Preparation Class

Get prepared to have your best possible childbirth & postpartum experience! This class goes far beyond the typical hospital childbirth class by presenting comprehensive information that will help you navigate the various decisions you will make throughout pregnancy and labor. I teach this class live on Zoom using slides, video, engaging discussions, and a few activities. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions throughout. Class is a 4 part series that meets virtually 2 nights a week for 2 weeks. Visit my site to learn more details about the class and for potential special offers.

Private Virtual Birth Planning Session

Are you ready to create a detailed map for your birth journey? I would love to meet with you and your partner over a private zoom meeting to discuss situations you will face during childbirth, so you can decide how you will handle them in advance and avoid the pressure and anxiety that comes with not being prepared. During our meeting I ask you questions and provide evidenced-based information to help you create a comprehensive birth plan that you can refer to during labor. Give it to your birth team and make sure your preferences are addressed, your voice is heard, and you play a role in the decision making.
