Hi there, I'm Andrea! As a Doula, Yoga Instructor, and Wellness Coach, I approach my work with a holistic mindset. I want to be there for the birthing parent every step of the way on their journey to improved well-being. My goal is to guide the birthing parent toward a lifestyle that's not only healthier but tailored to their individual needs, especially during their prenatal care, labor + delivery, and postpartum care. I'm all about breaking down barriers and ensuring that every parent, regardless of background or circumstances, has the support they deserve. In my role as a Doula, I'm there to provide emotional, physical, and informational support during the incredible journey of pregnancy and childbirth. Whether I'm leading a yoga class or coaching on wellness, I want to make a real impact. I offer expertise in areas like nutrition, physical fitness, and mental well-being. From preconception through pregnancy to postpartum care, I'm here for you in every stage of parenthood. My background is in public health and currently certified under Happy Mama Healthy Baby Alliance as a Birth Doula. I got my certification in May 2023 and have been part of their board since July 2023. I am also a certified 200 hr Yoga Instructor and 85 hr Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor. I got my certifications in 2021 and 2022. I have experience in Ayurveda, when it comes to nutrition and lifestyle, which I incorporate in my teachings in prenatal and postpartum care.
