About me
I am Anastasia, also known as Bella herbalist, birth doula, postpartum doula, and traveling doula with my heart's roots in Houston and It is with profound joy and reverence that I step into the sacred realm of birth. This journey of mine was inspired by the transformative experiences of birthing my own two children. The challenges and awakening I encountered during the arrival of my first child ignited a fire within me, driving me to delve deeper into the wisdom of labor and birth.

Labor & Birth Support Package includes: labor & birth support emotional & spiritual support prenatal phone/ text/ email support on call support 36 weeks+ 1-2 prenatal visit to discuss questions, concern birth plan assistance initial breastfeeding assistance within the first hour of birth 1 hour post partum visit POST-PARTUM Package includes: Meal prep Running Errands Laundry Formula prep Emotional and spiritual support Help you establish a routine Daytime & overnight support Household tasks to enable you to focus on bonding with your baby, self-care, and embracing the spiritual awakening that motherhood brings. Day rate: $55/hr 2 hr minimum Overnight Doula: $45/hr : 9pm-6am Travel Doula Willing to travel wherever you need me... An out-of-state travel doula, often referred to as a "traveling doula" is a specialized type of doula who provides support to expectant parents during labor and birth, typically in a location away from the doula's home base. Their responsibilities and roles are similar to those of traditional doulas, but they involve additional considerations due to the need for travel and extended stays in a different location. Birth Photograpy Once you reach the 36 week point, I will officially be on-call for your birth! This means that I’m ready and available 24/7 until your little one arrives! LABOR & BIRTH I will come to you during active labor and document your labor and birth in a way that will capture each moment beautifully, exactly as it was. DELIVERY your photos will be delivered to you via online gallery within 4 weeks of baby’s birth. THIS IS A OPINION NO ADDED FEE!!!
