I am a Webster Technique and Pediatric Certified Chiropractor by the ICPA. I am a certified Childbirth Educator and trained doula with Birthing From Within. I am also a certified BIRTHFIT Leader and I teach in person postpartum group fitness classes. I have completed a Spinning Babies workshop as well as craniosacral therapy for prenatal and pediatric populations.

I am a Webster Certified Chiropractor and use diversifed (manual), Activator, and Drop Piece adjustment techniques, as well as Spinning Babies and BIRTHFIT exercises in office and at home. I am certified in Rockblades and Rockblades advanced through Rocktape and offer caesarean scar tissue soft tissue treatment. I offer virtual and in person Birthing From Within Childbirth Education and in person BIRTHFIT postpartum group fitness. I also offer preconception, prenatal and postpartum nutritional and lifestyle counseling. I am certified in chiropractic pediatrics and trained in prenatal and pediatric craniosacral therapy.
