• Premium Birth Support Package •
Additional meetings & Birthday Keepsakes! A more robust support for first time moms or those who want extra support.
The Premium package contains everything that the Basic package includes plus, at least one additional prenatal and postpartum visit. Longer postpartum contact time (6 weeks instead of 4), assistance with physical creation of birth plan (instead of helping them come up with ideas, actually creating the document with them), and two little keepsakes—a crochet baby blanket I make and a shadow box that has little things from the day of their baby’s birth and their "birthday" as a mom.
This is marketed towards new or first time moms as it is a more all encompassing support package.

• Text Support – Monthly •
Not everyone wants a doula for their birth, however, that doesn’t mean they don’t have questions or want support! If that’s you, a text support package may be best for you!
UNLIMITED TEXT SUPPORT
Not everyone is keen on the idea of having another person in their birth space.Perhaps they are planning a free-birth, or a low intervention/distraction birth and a doula would just add to their distractions. That doesn’t mean they feel like running to Google with any pre-labor questions or jitters!
If that sounds like you, a text support package may be just what you’re looking for.
Utilizing this package allows you to ask unlimited questions about your pregnancy or labor and the best ways to prepare yourself. Sometimes just having an extra mind to voice your questions or concerns or “what-ifs” to may be all you need.
If you are more comfortable with email than text, that is also an option for this support package.
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
THIS SUPPORT PACKAGE IS A MONTHLY PURCHASE. FOLLOWING THE 30 DAYS, IT MUST BE PURCHASED AGAIN–IT IS NOT AN AUTO RENEWAL.
• Virtual Birth Support •
Virtual Support allows for support anywhere & anytime. If you’re anticipating on laboring with only a few people and only want virtual support, I would love to offer that to you. I plan on offering Zoom support which will include prenatal and postpartum meetings as well as either intermittent or constant virtual support during their labor. I am also looking into this as an option for if I cannot attend a birth for a reason out of my control, or if the clients are not comfortable with a potential backup doula. I would be able to accomplish everything virtually that I can face to face, aside from the physical support methods like counter pressure and things of the sort.
• Basic Birth Support Package •
The Basic package roughly includes: a complimentary interview to see if we would be a good match, 1-2 prenatal meetings where we discuss the moms goals and loose plans for birth, as well as a few exercises where they can see a majority of birth options broken down into “this or that” cards in which they narrow down preferences in labor and immediate postpartum. Additionally, they receive unlimited text/phone/email contact during business hours from when we sign the contract until 4 weeks postpartum. When they hit 37 weeks I become on call, meaning that they call me on the phone that they believe labor has started and we go from there. If it’s true labor then I will meet them wherever they intend to give birth (or if agreed on I can meet them at their home before going into the hospital/birth center—if they are not having a home birth). Of course, I will be there for their labor and birth, barring something out of my control—I am currently meeting with another doula in my area who may become my back up—my backup would be sent to support the mom if they agreed to that. And following the birth, I will make one home visit to recap their birth and let them talk and share their feelings and thoughts about their experience.
