Hi, I’m Amber (aka The Doula Cheerleader). I am a birth and postpartum doula proudly serving families with emotional and physical support in the Greater Philadelphia area. As a natural born cheerleader, I have enjoyed shifting my love to encourage and uplift others towards the families I work with. My goal is to help every client feel seen, heard, equipped with knowledge of their rights and choices, and to positively impact them during the maternal health period.

Consultation (30 minutes) - Free Consultation to discuss how my doula services can best support your needs, review my contract & pricing, and payment options for services. Planning Session (2 - 2 1/2 hours, select up to 3 topics) - Discuss your goals and desires, childbirth education around the topics selected (i.e. and how my doula services can best support your needs. Topics include: Stages of labor, Signs of labor, Comfort Measures, Breastfeeding & Lactation, Induction, Cesarean Section, Postpartum Planning. Birth Doula Services: Birth Planning Session or Review, 2 Prenatal Visits, On Call 24/7 2 weeks prior to your estimated due date until birth to answer questions and provide suggestions, Continuous Labor & Birth Support, Support During Immediate Postpartum Period, 3 Postnatal Visits, Photos of Labor and Birth (upon request), Breastfeeding Education & Support, and Access to The Doula Cheerleader Digital Resource Library. Postpartum Doula Services (Minimum of 4 hours; 6 hours overnight): Newborn care, light home care (i.e. cleaning and sterilizing bottles, baby laundry, sweeping floor, wiping counters), older sibling care (up to 3 children), running errands (i.e. light grocery shopping, picking up medication from Pharmacy, etc.), Overnight support, and Support and care of the parents.
