In my experience working with perinatal mental health disorders (PMADS), covering the wide variety of difficulties mothers and birthing people can experience — from infertility issues to postpartum depression to birth trauma —, mothers and parents can feel a transitional pain and identity struggle acutely and could deeply benefit from greater support to nourish their bodies, minds, and spirits. I am passionate about accompanying those in that transformational life experience to a place of peace, wellness, and strength so that they can better care for themselves and their children. I welcome any person sitting in a place of feeling alone, in pain, and wanting more for themselves to reach out to me and see if working together might be a first step in your soul healing.
