CURRENT AVAILABILITY September: OPEN October: OPEN Oct. 1-9, 16-30 November: OPEN December: OPEN My name is Amanda Rae Mayo, and I am a Postpartum Doula supporting individuals and families in the Greater Seattle Area in navigating life's most significant transitions. As a trained birth, postpartum, and death doula, my work embodies the belief that every stage of life is unique, and each transition offers invaluable experiences. My personal and professional experiences have influenced my holistic approach to individualized, compassionate, trauma-informed care. With a deep understanding of life and death's physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects, I offer my knowledge and counsel so that you can navigate each transition life presents with confidence and clarity. At the foundation of my role as a doula is my commitment to empowering my clients and providing care that honors each family's unique needs and preferences. I strongly advocate for my clients to actively participate in their care by providing the information and resources they need to make clear, informed decisions. One of the most exciting parts of my work is collaborating with my clients to tailor my care to fit their specific goals and outcomes of care. Whether you are welcoming a new life into the world, facing a challenging decision, or coping with loss and grief, my goal as your doula is to meet you with the guidance and support you need to make the transition you are facing one that has a sweet, long-lasting memory. Please send me a message to learn more about the range of services I offer and how I can support you and your family during this time. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
