Hi there! I'm Alexus, a birth and postpartum doula serving the West Valley. I am passionate about supporting expecting and new moms as they navigate pregnancy and beyond. I'm here to offer you the comfort and support you need during one of the most transformative times of your life. As your doula, I'll be there to provide personalized guidance, education, and encouragement to help you navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy and early motherhood. I want you to feel empowered to make informed decisions, trust in your body's ability to birth, and fully embrace the beauty of this journey.
This incudes (3) 1 hour personalized prenatals where we will go over any questions and concerns you have, as well as the topics of birth and postpartum planning, comfort measures, access to resource list, and text/ phone support throughout pregnancy.

Plus, you will also receive virtual support throughout your labor via text, voice text, call and video call, at your discretion and preference, meaning intermittent or continuous texts/calls/video how you see fit.
As your postpartum doula, I will be there to provide physical, emotional and educational support to you and your partner. I will act as a second set of hands in your home (light housekeeping, light meal prep, newborn and sibling care, breastfeeding support, etc), provide a listening ear when you need to talk, provide information and resources for questions and concerns that may arise in those first weeks or months and make sure you feel ready for this transition by the time my time with you is through. This will also include 1 prenatal visit to get to know you and what you expect from me during your postpartum. Minimum 16 hours for initial contract, done in 4-hour shifts. Additional hours available in 4-hour blocks @ $140 per block.
As a birth and postpartum doula I provide physical, emotional and educational support. I provide birth planning, prenatal appointments and consulting and virtual labor support. I am available to you throughout your pregnancy and labor as you need. As a postpartum doula I will provide physical, emotional and educational support to the new mom and assist with newborn care, light meal-prep, light housekeeping, sibling care and involvement, breastfeeding support, and support for the entire family through this transition. I am there to nurture the new mother and give you the opportunity to rest and bond with your baby as much as possible. Regarding insurance/payment options: While I do not accept insurance, I am able to provide a bill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance company regarding doula care being covered. HSAs can oftentimes be used for payment as well, and it is a good idea to confirm with your insurance provider if you are unsure of coverage. I am happy to work with you to figure out a payment plan that will work if you do not have insurance/HSA, so please let me know of your needs and we can work something out.
Wonderful postpartum doula! Helped with light housekeeping and meal prep and snacks for my older kids. Alexus made sure I stayed fed and hydrated. Watched the baby so I could rest and shower.
