Hi there! I'm Alexus, a birth and postpartum doula serving the West Valley. I am passionate about supporting expecting and new moms as they navigate pregnancy and beyond. I'm here to offer you the comfort and support you need during one of the most transformative times of your life. As your doula, I'll be there to provide personalized guidance, education, and encouragement to help you navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy and early motherhood. I want you to feel empowered to make informed decisions, trust in your body's ability to birth, and fully embrace the beauty of this journey.

As a birth and postpartum doula I provide physical, emotional and educational support. I provide birth planning, prenatal appointments and consulting and virtual labor support. I am available to you throughout your pregnancy and labor as you need. As a postpartum doula I will provide physical, emotional and educational support to the new mom and assist with newborn care, light meal-prep, light housekeeping, sibling care and involvement, breastfeeding support, and support for the entire family through this transition. I am there to nurture the new mother and give you the opportunity to rest and bond with your baby as much as possible. Regarding insurance/payment options: While I do not accept insurance, I am able to provide a bill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance company regarding doula care being covered. HSAs can oftentimes be used for payment as well, and it is a good idea to confirm with your insurance provider if you are unsure of coverage. I am happy to work with you to figure out a payment plan that will work if you do not have insurance/HSA, so please let me know of your needs and we can work something out.
