About me

Dear Prospective Parents, I would like to first offer my congratulations to you on the birth of your new child. As a mother of 4 myself I know first hand all of the emotions that you are feeling right now. I vividly remember the sweet baby breath and the soft sounds they make as they fall asleep. I remember the pride you are feeling as you are looking down at something that was created out of the love you and your partner share. I also remember how daunting a newborn can be. I remember that all of the books, classes and advice in the world can’t accurately prepare you for the real life thing. I remember the good emotions, the bad ones, the sad ones. I remember the sleepless nights and the confusion over deciphering whether or not that is a cry for hunger or gas. My job as a night nanny practically speaking is to offer you a peaceful night's rest. But I am also here to be your advocate, support person, cheerleader, coach and anything else that will make your experience as new parents a great one. Having the support of a newborn care specialist and postpartum support care means having someone there for you that will believe in you, even when you are not sure if you believe in yourself. My goal is to empower you as the new parents.

Service introduction

As a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist, I provide compassionate, non-judgmental support to the entire family during the transformative early weeks and months following childbirth. My approach centers on gentle education and empowerment, ensuring that parents feel confident and nurtured as they navigate the challenges of newborn care, feeding, and emotional adjustment. Whether it’s offering hands-on assistance with infant care, guiding you through breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, or simply being a calming presence during moments of uncertainty, I am here to support your unique journey with attentiveness and love. My role extends beyond caring for the baby; I am committed to supporting the whole family unit. This includes providing emotional support to parents, assisting with sibling adjustment, and helping to create a harmonious home environment. By walking alongside you, I aim to empower you to embrace the joys and challenges of the fourth trimester with confidence and grace.
