Hi, I’m Alex and I am a postpartum and prenatal exercise specialist. I help women find strength and confidence in movement during and after pregnancy. Understanding and correcting the stress your body is under - focusing on core strength and avoiding back injury and other common complaints like neck and shoulder pain and pelvic floor weakness. There is a path to strength and physical confidence in daily movement and exercise and I will help you find yours!

In person or virtual personal training. We start with a 4 session package where we use a systematic total body approach to strengthening that begins with proper breathing and core engagement techniques. We use this knowledge to test different positions and find proper form and modifications to strengthen safely and effectively. Making adjustments for any abdominal separation (diastasis) or prolapse if applicable.
