Experienced doula, childbirth educator, and Certified Lactation Counselor. Registered nurse with experience in labor and delivery, pediatrics, and pre and post surgical care. Homeschool mama to five children. I have experience in the hospital setting as well as the homebirth setting. My goal is to spread the truth about childbirth and support women and families on their birthing journey.

Basic Birth Doula Package

Two prenatal visits to assess your needs and desires for birth, define and understand our expectations of one another, and provide you with the tools needed for labor and birth. Birth preferences assistance to help you clarify your preferences for birth and explain the options that are available to you. Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner for the duration of labor and birth, to help you hold and move towards the vision you created for your baby's birth. Initial breastfeeding support immediately after birth to help your baby latch on properly and encourage establishment of breastfeeding. One postpartum follow-up after birth to celebrate the birth of your baby, provide you with a written copy of your birth story and answer any questions you have during the early postpartum period. A virtual check in or home visit around two months postpartum to see how you and baby are adjusting to your new normal. Postpartum Doula Package

2 virtual or in-person check-ins to discuss postpartum healing and how things are going (approximately 60 minutes each) 2 home-cooked, nourishing, meals 2 lactation consultation sessions to set you up for breastfeeding success and offer troubleshooting (approximately 60 minutes each) Access to my online Breastfeeding Masterclass Postpartum recovery basket (c-section or vaginal delivery options) If purchasing as an "add-on" to another doula package you will receive a $100 discount! Additional lactation consultations are available for purchase for $30/30 minute session or $45/hour session

Alex is an amazing and knowledgeable doula. She has given me all the information and help I needed to do a non-medicated birth confidently. Might I add he was a 9.1lb baby. She is so kind and always up for questions and helping in anyway she can. I appreciate her so much, because of Alex I didn’t approach birth with fear. I had a 12 hour labor and I remained relaxed, focused on each surge bringing me closer to meeting our child and melting into each surge. (Follow Alex to know exactly what I mean) Highly recommend working with Alex in anyway possible to gain the confidence for birth like I had.
