I'm Alessandra. I'm a speech pathologist, toddler mom, and otter enthusiast who started Talk Time Boston because I am passionate about helping children communicate and supporting their families as they navigate their child's communication development.⁠

We provide evaluations, therapy sessions, parent consultations, and parent education modules. We work virtually, in home, or out in the community. And we strive to provide flexible treatment models that work for your family.
