This program is ideal for families with children under 2.5 years old (and still in the crib) who want to receive more personal attention and support throughout the entire sleep plan process. This package gives you loads of support (and your little one loads of LOVE!), confidence, and reassurance you need to stay on track by having a Professional Consultant there for you every step of the way. And thanks to the Internet, we can meet you whether you are in New York or Australia and have your little one sleeping through the night and taking naps within our 2 weeks together!
INCLUDED:
Initial questionnaire and sleep tracking and assessment to prepare for your personal family situation.
Private, 1.5-hour consultation where we will review your initial paperwork, discuss your sleep space, sleep goals, feeding, scheduling, and your full sleep program.
Your customized sleep plan will be provided to you following your private consultation.
We will be reviewing your tracking and progress daily and letting you know of any changes that may need to happen.
3 x 15 min phone calls during the first week when you are really becoming familiar with working on how to achieve healthy sleep.
You will receive email support (1/day) the second week ensuring we are keeping everything on track and perfecting this newfound sleep!

Toddler Time
This package is ideal for families who have tried different strategies with their toddler (2.5 years+ and out of the crib) or child (up to school age) or who are not sure what to try and need guidance and professional support. This package will have your little one sleeping the night and for naps, in their own beds, staying in their beds, and on the best schedule for their developing (and busy!) bodies.
A customized sleep plan that will work best for your child and your lifestyle will be provided. There is no shortage of support and education to give you the confidence and tools you need to conquer challenging sleep habits.

Lead Me (1/2 night)
This half night package is a high support coaching package which is most often the choice of parents who are very overtired and would like in-person, step-by-step guidance when implementing their sleep plan. A Certified consultant will be there to coach and guide you and your child. It includes a preliminary detailed questionnaire and daily tracking for analysis, in-person consultation and partial night stay, one-one sleep coaching, tips booklet and ample follow-up support. Your consultant would arrive before bedtime and stay for a half night to start the sleep plan with parents and work through the first part of the night.
