Hi! I’m Agnes, but my husband & friends call me Agi. I’m a Mama, Wife, RN, Certified Sleep Consultant, Lactation Consultant, Certified Car Seat Technician, Prenatal Educator, and Certified Heart & Stroke Instructor dedicated to supporting your journey through motherhood. As a Mama & an experienced Labour & Delivery RN, I believe it is time for a more holistic approach to caring for new mamas in our community. This crazy journey of motherhood is beautiful, yes, but it can also be lonely & overwhelming. My Prenatal and Postpartum support services are designed to empower and guide you every step of the way. I am located in the Tri-Cities, but support women all over the Lower Mainland and can provide virtual support all over the world.

As a Lactation Consultant, I have over 15 years of experience helping Mamas establish breastfeeding and troubleshoot problems. It’s about empowering you so that you have the skills and confidence needed to successfully breastfeed your baby. My role is to support you in whatever works best for you in your breastfeeding journey.

Initial Breastfeeding Consult
This is a 60-90 minute POSTPARTUM HOME VISIT where I assess baby's latch, review breastfeeding basics, troubleshoot your questions/concerns and help you develop a plan to help address your concerns. You will also receive follow-up email support for 1 week

Follow-up Breastfeeding Consult
The FOLLOW-UP HOME VISIT is a 60 minute consultation designed to follow-up, ensure good progress and troubleshoot any further problems or concerns you may have.

This is a 40 minute consultation by phone or Telehealth allowing me to troubleshoot any questions or concerns you have about feeding your baby.
