I am a mother of three. After experiencing postpartum struggles of my own, I decided to make a difference in the parenting community by joining the birth and postpartum world. I belive that all birthgivers and parents deserve to be educated, supported, and feel empowered in their journeys. When I am not working I can be found enjoying the Maine outdoors or tending our small farm.

As an IBCLC I provide prenatal lactation planning as well as postpartum lactation support. I offer overnight postpartum doula support on a limited basis. It is important to me that parents feel educated and empowered after our time together; so that they can be confident in their own abilities and parental instincts.
